A simpler package with shorter parties, no music, no backdrop, no gifts, no balloon sculptures, and cheaper or fewer props would cost you less. But Abby does not do low-effort, cheap-prop, cut-rate shows. How can you afford a luxury service on a budget? There are three ways:

1) Schedule your party for Monday through Friday (off-peak times).
2) Book more than one show in the same phone call. For example, schedule a birthday party for your child's birthday month and a Halloween show for October. Or book the Easter show for your easter egg hunt, and the Happy Holidays show for your Christmas party.
3) If your event is designed to raise money for a cause, charge admission. This can reduce or erase the price of hiring Abby, and it can even make money for your organization. You'll need a large indoor performance area, a large, free sales force such as a scout troup or school student body, and several months to sell tickets.

Fees for Deluxe Shows:

LARGE GROUPS: Fees for large-scale stage shows range between $1,000 and $4,000. This year's new school show, "The Magic of Healthy Eating," is $400 (plus travel and hotel expenses if Abby must travel outside of the Philadelphia suburbs).

SMALL FUNCTIONS: Fancy parlor shows for up to 30 children include bringing more than one thousand dollars worth of props, hauling in a music system to play music during the show, using a wireless microphone, bringing a backdrop if requested, and twisting deluxe balloon sculptures for all. It also includes gifts for the birthday child or honored guest and a favor for each guest. Fees for these 1.5-hour packages start at $390 at peak times. Click here to see specific packages.
